"The best RIDING LESSONS in Bland, VA"
Stonebrook Farm offers safe, affordable, and customizable riding lessons to equestrians ages 3 and up, experience levels, and goals. Our instruction is centered in the Saddleseat discipline. This style is performed in an English (Cutback) saddle, and focuses on the exhibitor's ability to showcase both their own equitation and form, as well as the natural born gifts of the Saddlebred breed. Saddlebreds are flashy, high-energy horses with massive personalities! They love to perform, and riders in our instruction will learn to work with their horses to create a beautiful and entertaining show.
LESSON QUICK FACTS:
-Lessons are 30 minutes each, $35 for privates and $30 for groups. 24 hour cancellation policy requires lessons to be cancelled before the 24 hour mark to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled service.
-We accept cash or check payment methods.
-You do not need a horse to participate in our lesson program! Horses, tack, and helmets are provided.
-We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your lesson, to get the full experience of helping to prepare your animal for the ride.
-Dress code: Long, durable pants and closed-toed shoes are required to ride. Upon commitment to a consistent lesson schedule, it is recommended to invest in bootcut riding jodhpurs, paddock boots, and a helmet / glove set of your own!
